- ITEMS ARE IN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS, LABELS AND HYGIENE LINERS STILL ATTACHED

PLEASE NOTE; ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITH STAINS IE, MAKE UP/DEODORANT/FAKE TAN OR ANY OTHER STAINS/MARKINGS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED.

ITEMS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THE 7-DAY TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

WE DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

FAULTY ITEMS

GOODS ARE CLASSIFIED AS FAULTY IF THEY ARE RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION, OR WHERE A MANUFACTURING FAULT HAS OCCURED.

ITEMS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF WEAR AND TEAR OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW CARE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE FAULTY.

RETURNS FOR FAULTY ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN THE 21-DAY TIME FRAME AND WITH TAGS/HYGEINE LABELS STILL ATTACHED.

WHERE POSSIBLE WE WILL OFFER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE YOUR ITEM.
